When I started creating more consistently, I realised content was not only about having an idea or knowing how to edit.

A lot of the overwhelm happened before I even opened the editing app.

I had ideas sitting in Notes. Screenshots saved to my phone. Inspiration tucked inside Instagram folders. Audio I wanted to use later. B-roll clips buried among thousands of photos and everyday videos.

Then, when I finally had time to create, I would spend too long trying to find the right footage, remember the idea behind it or work out what stage the post was even at. And because content creation was already something I had to fit around real life, that extra searching made the whole process feel much more tiring than it needed to.

So I built a simple Trello board to hold it all.

It became the content system I return to whenever I need to get my ideas out of my head and into a process I can actually follow.
