So I built the workbook I wished I had.
Hi, I'm Hazel. Three years ago, I hit a quiet career transition crisis. I'd lost the passion for what I was doing, every day felt like dragging my feet just to get through it.
I'd just gotten married and was stepping into a new season, hoping for motherhood, and I knew I wanted a career I could build from home, not one that kept pulling me away from my family. So I asked myself: was it possible to do work I loved, without sacrificing the season I was stepping into?
I sat down and asked myself real questions, not the vague "what's my passion?" kind that leads nowhere, but ones that made me stop and actually think. Some were uncomfortable. But each one peeled back a little more of what I already knew deep down, I just hadn't sat with it long enough to see it.
Slowly, the answers formed a pattern. And that pattern became a direction, one that grew into a page, a community of more than 32,000 people, and real income I could earn from home, in the middle of a challenging IVF season that already asked so much of me.
It didn't happen overnight. But it all started with having an honest conversation with myself to gain better clarity.
I kept thinking: if I felt this lost with everything I'd already lived through, how many other women feel exactly the same, unsure where to even start looking?
That's where I decide to build this workbook I wish someone had handed me three years ago.
